Located in Mijas Costa, Riviera del Sol, 'Villa in Los Flamencos' has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 2-storey property is newly renovated, modernized and has new furniture. It consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 9 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, heating/air conditioning throughout the property as well as a washing machine. The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a 8x4m pool, a covered terrace and a balcony. The property also has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a garden and 2 shared pools (one saltwater pool). One is open all year and the other only from May to September. Free parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. Beach/pool towels are provided. Minimum age of main tenant is 21 years. Guided tours/excursions can be organised on request for a fee.
